With over 20 years of experience, Joyce M. Palmer is extremely well known in the field of cosmetic surgery and non surgical anti aging procedures.  These procedures include laser hair removal, profractional, fraxel, skin resurfacing for acne scars,  medical skin care,  wrinkle removal, non-surgical facial sculpting and cosmetic plastic surgery of the face and body.

With a background in biology, Joyce has certification of the fields of cosmetic laser treatments, spider vein therapy, laser hair removal, aging skin, acne, sun damage, melasma and micro-pigmentation and medical skin care. Joyce has specialized training for treating hirsutism or excessive hair growth that is hormonally or drug induced. She has presented seminars for the Toronto General Transplant team to patients who are on anti-rejection medications which cause the stimulation of hair growth of the face and body. She has been the referral person for the Toronto Department of Public Health regarding permanent hair removal methods, and receives numerous referrals from endocrinologists, gynecologists, and family doctors for patients who suffer from unwanted hair growth.

As the owner of the Age-Less Clinic, Joyce works closely with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Marc DuPéré to improve the treatments offered, and is constantly researching and testing new products. As the consultant for the patients considering laser, anti-aging or cosmetic plastic surgery procedures, Joyce gives realistic expectations of what can or cannot be done and what the costs will be. The patient is then able to make an informed decision regarding the procedures suggested.
